The Centres Industriels group consists of four industrial and commercial properties, all located in the Greater Montreal area. Each offers rental spaces tailored to a diverse clientele from the business, commercial, industrial, and creative sectors.

Originally used primarily for industrial purposes during the 1970s and 1980s, these properties have been progressively renovated and modernized to meet the needs and requirements of today’s businesses. They now offer bright, functional, secure, and accessible workspaces in environments designed to support the growth and evolution of modern businesses.
